I have been practicing for the past 10 years and have extensive experience with addictions and trauma. My primary focus is helping my clients break the unhealthy patterns that continue to interfere with them finding happiness in their personal lives. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach focusing on mindfulness and exploring your personal history and family system to help you move past your past.
